Limited 15-Year Residential Warranty

Fortezza Quartz warrants that our surfaces will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 15 years from the original installation date when properly installed and maintained for residential indoor applications.

What is Covered?

• Manufacturing defects in Fortezza Quartz slabs
• Cracks caused by normal use (not by external force)
• Loss of shine or discoloration due to product defect
• Stain resistance under recommended maintenance

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Scratches, chips, or cracks from impact or force
• Heat damage from direct contact with hot items
• Outdoor installation or excessive UV exposure
• Use of harsh chemicals and abrasive pads
